We do not directly provide interior design services and are not a party to any agreements between users and designers.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. For Homeowners

• You may browse designer profiles and portfolios without creating an account.
• To contact designers or access certain features, you must create an account.
• Any agreements or contracts with designers are solely between you and the designer.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of designers' services.
• We encourage you to verify credentials, check references, and read reviews before hiring.

5. For Interior Designers

• You must provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your portfolio and any claims made in your profile.
• You agree to respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies.

6. Reviews and Content

• Users may submit reviews, photos, and other content to the Platform.
• All content must be accurate, relevant, and not violate any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, or violates these terms.
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it.
• Fake reviews, paid reviews not disclosed, or review manipulation is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or professionals
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or policies

8. Fees and Payments

MyPlatform may charge fees for certain services, including premium listings for professionals. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any designer, service, or content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPlatform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPlatform, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, and the language shall be English.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
